You own the end-to-end design process - from research to testing and handoff - working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what s designed works effectively in reality.
Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis - Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
- Wireframing - Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
- UI design - Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
- Prototyping - Developing interactive prototypes for validation
- Usability testing - Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
- Handoff to SDT - Delivering transparent, complete design documentation for development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, and responsive/adaptive design
- Strong understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS); familiarity with React or Tailwind CSS
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- UI/UX design certification preferred
