Job Summary

GLOSS Implementation Engineer with experience in capital markets and post-trade processing to support the implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and rollout of the Broadridge GLOSS (Global Settlement System) platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, custodians, and Broadridge SMEs to onboard clients, configure business workflows, support system integrations, and ensure successful migration and implementation of settlement and custody processing functions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of securities processing, settlement lifecycle, custody operations, SWIFT messaging, and capital markets infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

- Participate in end-to-end implementation of Broadridge GLOSS solutions.
- Gather and analyze business and operational requirements.
- Configure settlement, custody, accounting, and asset servicing workflows.
- Support onboarding of new markets, products, and business entities.
- Perform system parameterization and reference data setup.

Integration Management

- Coordinate integration between GLOSS and Trading Platforms, OMS/EMS Systems, Custodian Banks, Market Infrastructure Providers, SWIFT Network, Clearing Houses and Depositories,



Accounting and Reporting Systems.
- Support interface development and connectivity validation.
- Analyze file formats, message structures, and data mapping requirements.

Data Migration & Validation

- Support migration of static and transactional data.
- Perform data mapping and reconciliation activities.
- Validate migrated balances, positions, transactions, and books & records.
- Coordinate mock migrations and production cutovers.

Testing & Release Support

- Prepare test scenarios and business validation cases.
- Execute SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Verification testing.
- Support defect analysis and resolution.
- Coordinate release and deployment activities.

Production Transition Support

- Production Transition Support.

Requirements

- The candidate should have solid knowledge of securities processing, settlement lifecycle, custody operations, SWIFT messaging, and capital markets infrastructure.
