Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of industrial products.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in quality management and assurance, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Experience with quality management software and tools is desirable.
