Responsible for end-to-end statutory payroll compliance for the entire company - Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and ESIC, including employee registration, UAN management, monthly PF/ESIC calculation, ECR preparation and filing, PT deduction and returns, challan generation and payment, reconciliation, EPFO/ESIC records, employee queries, and ensuring timely compliance with all applicable regulations across GVM's multi-state site operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust knowledge of EPFO and ESIC portals
- Hands-on experience in ECR filing, ESIC contribution filing, and PT returns
- Able to independently manage end-to-end statutory payroll compliance for the entire company across multiple states
- Good knowledge of UAN, PF/ESIC transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
