Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will gain practical exposure and support the Finance & Accounts team in:

- Accounts Payable activities




- Processing accounting entries and vouchers
- Booking expenses and invoices
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Monitoring and updating sundry creditors ledgers
- Preparation of MIS reports
- GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
- Audit documentation and support
- Maintaining accounting records and supporting documents
- Other finance and accounting-related activities as assigned

Mandatory Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting vouchers
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn compliance processes

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
- Familiarity with GST/TDS returns
- Basic understanding of Companies Act compliance
- Exposure to Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems
