Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Instrumentation Design team, effectively allocating work among team members based on project requirements, priorities, and individual capabilities.

2. Lead and execute the preparation of Instrument Location Layouts, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Air Manifold Layouts, Material Take-Off (MTO), CCTV Layouts, and PAGA Layouts.

3. Manage the preparation and review of Typical Installation Drawings, Hook-Up Drawings, Cable Block Diagrams, Junction Box Wiring Diagrams, and Loop Drawings.

4. Carry out thorough checking, technical review, and validation of instrumentation design deliverables before submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

5. Coordinate directly with clients to understand technical requirements, resolve design-related queries, incorporate comments, and ensure timely approval of instrumentation deliverables.

6. Provide technical guidance and support to design team members, resolve technical challenges,



and ensure deliverables are completed within the defined project schedule.

7. Coordinate effectively with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Civil, and other engineering disciplines to ensure proper integration of instrumentation design with overall project requirements.

8. Monitor team progress, track engineering deliverables, identify bottlenecks and resource requirements, and take necessary corrective actions to achieve project milestones.

9. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, consistency, and technical compliance across all instrumentation design documents while ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.

10. Drive the team towards successful project delivery by taking ownership of deliverables, managing multiple priorities, supporting problem-solving and decision-making, and ensuring all assigned engineering activities are completed within deadlines.
