We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Products Division for the position of Sales Planning Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales planning process for the retail business in the traditional trade channel. You should have a minimum of 5 yearsrelevantexperience in Commercial functions preferably with exposure to field sales and sales planning in traditional trade channel. The location of the job will be Mumbai HO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development deployment of channels commercial GTM strategy for short long term horizons in conjunction with the Commercial Divisional leadership
- Responsible for management of channel budgets spends along with delivery of top-line gross-sale AOP for the year inline with the strategy
- Development design of the right commercial input levers for the channel within the strategic framework keeping in mind the hygiene in trade.
- Development deployment of right analytical tools, insights and RGM principles to measure refine strategic commercial inputs opportunities for business
- Development of the right sales forecast spend budget for the annual and monthly planning cycles for the channel
- Spotlighting, sizing, GTM development and tracking of new product launches in the channel in partnership with marketing, sales supply chain teams.
- Development, deployment and refining the right Rewards Recognition programs for the 3P resources.
- Management of relevant 3P vendors along with efficient deployment of 3P resources under SDM purview
- Development of the right enablement tools, tech non-tech, for increasing efficiency productivity of the commercial eco-system
- Development of the right MIS tools, reports dashboards to assist effective effective decision making by leadership
- Contribute, in required facility, to various Zone Country commercial projects.
- Enable, mentor and develop direct and indirect teams members for higher-order future opportunities in the organization

Education:
- Post Graduate/MBA
Relevant Experience:
- Knowledge and exposure to Urban Markets and Program development, is preferred.
