We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a fast-growing Domestic Travel Process. If you have experience in Hotel / Travel / Airline / Domestic BPO background, this is your opportunity to grow with a pilot batch.

Salary Range (CTC Per Month): 17,000 22,000 (Based on Experience)

Role Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Handle inbound customer queries related to hotel bookings Manage post-booking concerns (modification, cancellation, refunds, escalations) Provide accurate information and resolution within TAT Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

Eligibility:

Experience in Domestic BPO / Customer Support

Travel / Hotel / Airline background preferred

Strong communication & customer handling skills

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
