What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and Vue.js or Angular.
- Design and optimize MongoDB data models, queries, and database performance.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and clients to deliver business solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, design patterns, and development practices.
- Contribute to application modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, and solution planning activities.
- End-to-end feature development (Backend + Frontend)
- Write scalable, maintainable code
- Technical design, code reviews, mentoring
- Build REST APIs, UI components
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects
- Performance and security optimization

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and related frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Expertise in React and working knowledge of Vue.js or Angular.
- Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, database design, and performance tuning.




- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and scalable application development.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with global clients.
