Export Sales Executive or Export Merchandiser Textile Industry.

Job summary : We're looking for a dynamic qualified to manage international client relationships, and act as a bridge between clients and our factory, ensuring smooth communication and timely order execution.

Key responsibilities include client communication via email, phone, calls, receiving and processing customer orders, coordinating with production teams, providing regular order status updates, handling dispatch and delivery follow-ups, resolving customer queries, maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree, marketing or related field. Decent spoken and written English, strong communication and client handling skills,

And the ability to manage multiple client accounts and orders efficiently. Preferred skills include export sales, client relationship management, order management, negotiation, co-ordination and problem-solving.
