Key Responsibilities

1. Quality & Safety Leadership

- Define, implement, and enforce bus quality and safety inspection standards across depots and parking locations.
- Ensure zero tolerance for safety violations and non-compliance.
- Act as the final authority to halt dispatch of buses that do not meet safety or quality standards.

2. Inspection Operations Management

- Lead daily pre-dispatch and post-trip inspection activities.
- Design and implement inspection workflows, SOPs, and standardized checklists.
- Ensure optimal inspector staffing, shift planning, and operational coverage.

3. Team Management & Training

- Recruit, train, and manage quality inspection teams.
- Conduct regular training and skill enhancement sessions on safety norms and inspection techniques.
- Drive accountability through audits, performance evaluations, and corrective action plans.

4. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement





- Drive digitization and automation of inspection, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet safety and quality.

5. Passenger Experience & Brand Quality

- Ensure buses consistently meet cleanliness, comfort, and safety benchmarks.
- Reduce passenger complaints related to:

- Vehicle condition
- Cleanliness
- Safety concerns

- Ensure all onboard amenities align with customer commitments and brand standards.

6. Cross-Depot Standardization

- Implement uniform quality and safety standards across multiple depots (where applicable).
- Conduct surprise audits, quality benchmarking, and compliance reviews across locations.
