The prospect: Senior Associate-CHS-SaT-SaT - TCF - M&A; Advisory - Mumbai

SaT - TCF - M&A; Advisory :

Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- In-depth knowledge of investment banking processes with proven experience in live transactions and end-to-end deal execution. Proficient in preparing comprehensive information memorandum and pitch books that effectively communicate investment opportunities. Extensive financial modeling experience; understanding of various valuation methodologies such as DCF and trading comparables. Hands-on experience managing transaction execution, including due diligence coordination and review of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs). Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with working knowledge of financial databases like Bloomberg and Capital IQ. Working knowledge of AI tools and applications for research, analysis, presentation development, content preparation and productivity enhancement will be preferred. Prior experience in the consumer sector (F&B;, BPC, Retail, consumer durables, etc.) is preferred.

Skills and Attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

- Master of Business Administration
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Chartered Accountant

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking
