We are hiring for **Retail Banking – MMR1 Region, Mumbai**.

### POSITION 1: SALES OFFICER – CASA

**Location:** MMR1 Region, Mumbai

**Experience:** Freshers / Relevant Sales Experience

**Education:** Graduate in any discipline | Post Graduate preferred

**Age:** 21–30 Years

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Acquisition of quality CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers
- Acquisition of higher CASA variants
- CASA value/AMB acquisition
- Cross-selling Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX & Asset products
- Customer relationship management
- KYC & operational compliance
- MIS reporting and adherence to organizational policies

**Mandatory / Preferred Skills:**

Strong sales orientation

Customer acquisition skills

Good communication skills

Willingness to work in field sales

Knowledge of CASA products

KYC/process compliance

AMFI / NCFM / IRDA / JAIIB / CAIIB certifications will be an added advantage.

### POSITION 2: SALES OFFICER – CURRENT ACCOUNT (CA)

**Location:** MMR1 Region, Mumbai

**Experience:** **1–2+ Years in Current Account Acquisition**

**Education:** Graduate in any discipline | Post Graduate preferred

**Age:** 25–30 Years

**Banking Experience is MANDATORY**

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

Experience in **Current Account Acquisition**





Must have experience with a **Banking Organization**

Experience in acquiring new CA customers

Good understanding of CASA / Current Account products

Knowledge of **Trade & FOREX products** preferred

Strong sales orientation

Excellent oral & written communication

Willingness to undertake extensive **field visits**

Good knowledge of local market and competitive products

Solid customer acquisition & relationship-building skills

Strict adherence to KYC and banking sales processes
