Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy full-stack Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Design and build LLM-based assistants, copilots, automation workflows and agentic AI solutions.
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embedding pipelines and retrieval systems.
- Work with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers, agents and AI skills.
- Integrate AI solutions into web applications using .NET, Node.js and ReactJS.
- Build scalable AI/ML training and inference pipelines on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with architecture and platform teams on AI/ML architecture, model selection and technical standards.
- Evaluate solutions based on accuracy, latency, scalability, cost, security and maintainability.
- Support deployment, monitoring, observability and optimization of AI-enabled cloud applications.
- Ensure enterprise-grade requirements for reliability, security, compliance and performance.
- Own end-to-end implementation from problem definition through production deployment.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 8+ years of robust software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of .NET web development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and web application development.
- 34 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Python, including NumPy and Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI and RAG.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source LLMs.
- Good knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone or Chroma.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience working with Azure/AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture, model selection and production deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others.

Education:
BE / ME / MTech / MS, preferably in Computer Science / IT / related engineering discipline.
