Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in RCC construction and execution is mandatory.
- Should have extensive experience handling end-to-end site execution of RCC projects.
- Manage and supervise construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, and site productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC works including formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and related structural activities.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.

Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
- Strong and proven RCC project execution experience is mandatory.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred. Near to Kurla
- Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice period preferred
