Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Azure Cloud, AWS or Snowflake.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design ETL processes for Workday HCM data migration projects.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract insights from various sources such as Excel files and Power Query reports.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance tuning, and security in the ETL process.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in ETL tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), AWS Glue, or Snowflake's Streams.
- Robust understanding of Workday HCM module and ability to write efficient SQL queries using different dialects (e.g., Oracle).
- Proficiency in Python programming language for scripting tasks such as data processing workflows.
- Experience working with version control systems like Git for managing code repositories.
