We are looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing to drive business growth for the Animal Feed – Raw Material division.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management and market expansion, preferably within Animal Feed, Animal Nutrition, Feed Ingredients or Veterinary products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business by connecting with industries and corporate customers.

- Drive sales of Animal Feed Raw Material products.

- Identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities.

- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.

- Achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion.

- Generate and manage the sales pipeline.

- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.

- Promote brand visibility and company products.

- Present and explain products to customers and business decision-makers.

- Coordinate with distributors and internal Sales & Marketing teams.

- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts.

- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions.





- Negotiate with customers and develop long-term business relationships.

- Expand the customer base and increase market share.

Candidate Profile

- 9+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.

- Experience in Animal Feed / Animal Nutrition / Feed Ingredients / Veterinary industry preferred.

- Strong experience in industrial/institutional sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Experience in current business development and customer acquisition.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong client relationship and account management skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and exhibitions.

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Veterinary Science preferred.
