Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Market Expansion & Growth

- Formulate and execute BD strategies to expand order book across Central/State Utility EPC tenders, C&I; accounts, and Solar Park development.
- Drive business models including turnkey EPC, CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO, and OEM PV module sales from internal manufacturing lines (Roorkee facility).
- Identify market opportunities in emerging technologies, specifically utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and cell/module integrated offerings.

2. PSU Tendering & Commercial Bidding -

- Lead the complete lifecycle for Central and State Renewable Energy Tenders (SECI, SJVN, NTPC, State DISCOMs).

- Oversee techno-commercial proposal preparations, tariff calculations, margin assessments, and reverse-auction strategy to secure large-scale ground-mounted projects.

- Ensure strict compliance with government policy frameworks, ALMM norms, local content requirements (DCR), and grid integration guidelines.
