We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Responsibilities

- Valuable knowledge in Audio Video setup Related Issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for any ongoing Audio Video equipment issues.
- Knowledge of Town Hall kind of Audio Video setup.
- Experienced in Zoom Meetings (Desktop/Laptop/MacBook and Conference Room based)
- Perform Meeting room Devices Daily Health check-up.
- Coordinate with GCO team (Global Conferencing team)
- Assist Client for connecting VC before the event starts
- Connecting the presentation if any from the main venue
- Provide support for Townhall kind of events.

Requirements and Preferences
- 2 to 4 Years experience in Audio Video Support.
- Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including equipment,



software, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must.
- Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
- Valuable Communication Skills (Written Spoken) in English
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing client requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7.
- Travel including overnight domestic may be required.
