Role & responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for warehouse security, safety, and administrative operations.
- Supervise security guards, supervisors, duty rosters, attendance, and 247 security coverage.
- Manage access control, visitor/contractor entry, vehicle movement, gate passes, and gate discipline.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, recording backups, camera uptime, and elimination of blind spots.
- Ensure fire & safety compliance, mock drills, emergency evacuation, and emergency preparedness.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, losses, and accidents; prepare reports and coordinate with police when required.
- Ensure inventory and warehouse security, including loading/unloading, seal management, stock verification, and scrap disposal.
- Manage housekeeping, pantry/mess, pest control, utilities, maintenance, parking, and facility management.
- Maintain labour discipline, coordinate with HR, and handle contract labour disputes and compliance requirements.
- Maintain security documentation and lead team training, daily briefings, performance monitoring, and emergency response.
