Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator with over 10 years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and support core enterprise infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in at least two of the following core technologies: Windows Server, Citrix, AWS, or Nutanix.

Key Responsibilities

- Provision, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure ensuring high availability and system stability.
- Troubleshoot complex Level 3 (L3) incidents across Windows Server environments, Citrix virtualization, Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, or AWS cloud services.




- Monitor system performance, capacity planning, security compliance, and patch management.
- Participate in disaster recovery operations, infrastructure automation, and architecture optimizations.
- Adhere to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) in a 24/7 operational setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Total Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Management.
- Technical Skills (Any 2 combinations are mandatory):

- Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, Hyper-V, WSUS.
- Citrix: XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS).
- AWS: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, CloudFormation/Terraform.
- Nutanix: Nutanix AHV, Prism Central/Element, AOS/CVM troubleshooting, storage management.
