Role & responsibilities

- Resolve customer queries through voice and chat channels
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience on papers
- Excellent English communication skills C1 level & above
- Candidate should be comfortable with upselling.
- Strong verbal and written communication




- Willing to work in 247 rotational shifts
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office

Salary upto 43k CTC + Incentives
