Key Responsibilities

•Execute preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance of WTGs as per OEM procedures.

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical faults in WTG systems.

•Analyze turbine alarms and identify recurring electrical faults.

•Ensure timely restoration of turbines following breakdowns.

•Monitor WTG electrical systems and support effective troubleshooting and fault resolution.

•Plan and allocate daily maintenance activities and monitor execution.

•Coordinate with OEM / service teams during major breakdowns and technical interventions.

•Maintain accurate breakdown, preventive maintenance, and service records.

•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

•Support initiatives for downtime reduction and improved turbine availability.

•Ensure reduction of recurring electrical faults through effective fault analysis and corrective actions.

•Ensure strict compliance with HSE, safety, OEM, and company procedures.
