We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.
Your key responsibilities
- Strong technical knowledge of Indian direct tax provisions, with the ability to interpret and apply income tax law to advisory engagements from an M&A; tax and regulatory perspective. Hands-on experience in tax advisory assignments, including evaluating technical positions and identifying direct tax implications. Ability to analyze complex tax issues, research relevant provisions, and support accurate and compliant tax conclusions. Proficient in preparing technical inputs, documentation, and recommendations for client deliverables and internal reviews. Should be involved in guiding junior colleagues on tax technical matters and reviewing work for quality and consistency.
To qualify for the role you must have
- chartered accountant
Experience
- 2-3 post-qualification experience in M&A; tax and regulatory
