About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Java Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong Core Java fundamentals, experience with modern backend technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance applications, developing APIs, optimizing databases, resolving production issues, and contributing throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.




- Optimize database queries and improve application performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
