## Role Summary

We seek an experienced **Business Consultant specializing in Actimize** to drive customer success, solution design, and implementation excellence. You'll bridge business requirements and technical delivery, partnering with NICE Actimize teams and enterprise customers to maximize platform value across Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions Screening, and Financial Crime Compliance workflows.

## Key Responsibilities

### Customer Engagement & Solution Design

- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with financial services clients (banks, fintechs, NBFCs)

- Design Actimize configurations and workflows tailored to customer compliance and risk frameworks

- Develop solution blueprints, including case routing, alert tuning, and exception handling strategies

- Translate business problems into Actimize platform capabilities (configuration, integration, reporting)

### Implementation & Delivery

- Manage end-to-end implementation projects: kickoff, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support

- Build and maintain implementation roadmaps; manage scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment

- Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions (Compliance, Operations, IT, Risk teams)

- Own quality assurance and testing strategies; drive issue resolution and risk mitigation

### Partnership & Growth

- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on AML/sanctions/financial crime compliance best practices

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base

- Collaborate with NICE Actimize product, support, and professional services teams

- Contribute to thought leadership: webinars,



case studies, process documentation

### Operational Excellence

- Maintain detailed project documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge assets

- Support RFP responses and pre-sales activities with technical and business insights

- Mentor junior consultants and delivery teams on Actimize best practices

## Required Qualifications

### Technical & Domain Expertise

- **Actimize Platform Knowledge:** Hands-on experience with Actimize configuration, scenario management, case management, alert workflows, and reporting (minimum 3 years)

- **AML / Financial Crime Compliance:** Deep understanding of AML regulations (FATF, local jurisdictions), sanctions screening, KYC/KYC, transaction monitoring, and case investigation processes

- **Banking / FinTech Domain:** Prior experience in banking, insurance, or fintech environments; familiarity with financial crime compliance operations

### Soft Skills & Experience

- **Consulting Mindset:** Customer-centric approach; ability to translate compliance needs into platform solutions

- **Project Management:** Proven ability to deliver multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written English; ability to present to C-suite and operational teams

- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfort with ambiguous, complex environments

## Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications: CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), ACFCS (Actimize platform certification), or equivalent

- Experience with Actimize integrations (APIs, data ingestion, third-party platforms)

- Prior consulting or professional services background

- Exposure to NICE ecosystem (CXone, NICE Compliance, NICE Financial Crime ecosystem)

- Multi-region / multi-geography implementation experience
