We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for our growing organization.

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, availability, and salary expectations.
- Understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles in coordination with hiring managers.
- Draft, publish, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) across relevant hiring platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates,



interviewers, and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Manage salary discussions, candidate negotiations, and offer rollout.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines while maintaining quality of hire.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization.
- Strong working knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, recruitment trackers, and ATS/recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR and hiring teams.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach toward recruitment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Online Tutoring, BPO, or service-based organizations will be preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working in a high-volume recruitment environment will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to maintain candidate engagement.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup with regular coordination through online communication tools.
