Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee retention, engagement, and development.
- Design and implement HR systems and processes to support business objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop metrics-driven solutions to drive business outcomes through people initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR matters.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience as an HR System Analyst or similar role.
- Robust understanding of SAP SuccessFactors (SuccessFactors) software suite including Leave Management, Payroll Processing, Time & Attendance tracking modules.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
