Senior - Product Analyst - Risk Intelligence Analytics

Senior | Experience: 4-7 years

Support product analysis and delivery for analytics-driven risk, controls and enterprise-process solutions. Translate business requirements into clear product features, analytical logic and testable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, exception analysis and validation of analytical outputs.
- Define test scenarios, perform data and functional quality checks, manage defects and support UAT.
- Partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support sprint planning activities.
- Maintain requirement-to-feature and KRI/control traceability across all applicable domains.
- Support analytics, automation and AI-enabled product capabilities from discovery through release.

Critical Skills and Experience

- Strong product analyst or business analyst experience with advanced SQL.
- Hands-on quality assurance, test execution,



defect triage and data reconciliation experience.
- Solid stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and concise documentation skills.
- Python knowledge for data analysis, validation and prototyping.
- At least one hard tech skill: Python, Databricks, full stack development or AI.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business, risk and control implications.

Critical Domain Expertise

- Non-Negotiable: Demonstrated working expertise across following areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense (T&E;), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and ITOC / SOX IT controls.

Preferred

- Risk and controls or Internal Audit experience.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, expense platforms, GRC tools or enterprise data environments.
