We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support project planning, execution, governance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and project governance.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and best practices.




- Develop and maintain project dashboards and management reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project updates and ensure timely communication.
- Assist in change management, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure audit readiness.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Planview.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in project governance, resource planning, and risk management.
