ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda across our South India region. Based out of Bengaluru, this role will partner closely with regional business leaders and support multiple locations across South India. The Regional HRBP will be responsible for driving people strategy, strengthening employee experience, ensuring HR governance and compliance, and managing the complete employee lifecycle while enabling business growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.



Partner with regional business leaders to align the people strategy with business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions.
2. Own the complete employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, development, talent reviews, and exits.
3. Drive employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while ensuring timely resolution.
4. Lead engagement, retention, capability development, and culture-building initiatives across the region.
5. Drive HR governance, policy implementation, compliance, and people insights while ensuring a consistent employee experience across locations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 5–8 years of experience in Core HRBP / Regional HRBP / Business HR roles, preferably managing a large frontline workforce.
- Experience managing HR for multiple locations or a regional workforce of 1,000+ employees.
- Robust expertise in Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Performance Management, HR Governance, and Compliance.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders and work independently.
