Responsible for Seat development that fulfills Legal, functional and safety requirements across the
globe. Structure and complete seat experience for around 1 to 3 years is must.
Knowledge of various phase of development cycle.
2. Manage new product development activities to meet quality, timeline, cost & weight targets.
3. Co-ordinate with various Cross-functional teams e.g. BIW, Complete seat, suppliers etc
4. Knowledge of testing and certification requirements for various structure materials.
5. Able to work in Global and multi-cultural environment.
6. Good communication skill with command over English language (verbal & written). German language will be added
advantage.
7. Able to steer discussions with suppliers across the Globe.
8. Should be able to work independently with little supervision.
9. Team player, adaptive mindset and willingness to mentor team members
