KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Mandatory Skills Required:

1. Expertise in Incoming & inprocess inspection of supplier parts & Inhouse parts.

2. Good knowledge of Forging, Casting, Machining, Gear, Welding & Stamping process.

3. Good Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949-2016 & Lean Manufacturing.

4. Hands on experience in inspection for welding, fabrication, bending, laser cutting, machining, etc

5. Knowledge of measuring instrument like Trimos, Hardness Testers, HG, Bore Gauge, etc.

6. Able to read part & product drawing. Positive Knowledge of GD&T.;

Additional Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of 7QC Tools, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, why-why analysis.

2. Visiting suppliers for Parts Inspection, stage inspection, process verification & validation, etc.

3. Knowledge of SAP, MS Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word)

4. Documentation, Data Analysis & Presentation skills.

5. Communication to suppliers for NC & Improvements with action plans.
