Roles and Responsibilities:

Programming & Setup:

- Set up new products on Citizen Cincom sliding head machines
- Select cutting tools appropriate to the required part accuracy level
- Perform offline and online NC programming
- Establish best-practice processes that are cost-competitive and industry-leading
- Apply hands-on experience in programming, machine setting, and quality parameter inspection

Machine & Maintenance:

- Own machine preventive maintenance, critical spare management, and breakdown response

Production & Team Management:

- Plan shop-floor production activities to meet customer delivery schedules
- Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower handling and shift planning
- Implement rejection-control measures to minimize waste and optimize productivity




- Oversee team management, supervise production processes, and monitor quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth machine operation during night shifts

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 510 years of experience in Citizen Cincom sliding head CNC programming, machining operations, or a related field
- Robust understanding of Citizen Cincom sliding head CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
