JOB DESCRIPTION :

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have • Core Java /System design • Java 8 +, REST API and Microservices development with hands-on coding experience • Concept of OOPs, Exception handling • Data structures implementation and optimization • Multi-threading, concurrency,



and error-handling • Circuit breaker • Machine coding • Microservice communication (Sync & Async)/ architecture • Spring Boot rest controller, security and exceptions, spring data JPA & JBDC, transaction management, DI, auto configuration, Springboot starters, annotations, config • Kafka/JMS, CI/CD, GIT • Must have worked as Developer/Lead Positive-to-Have • Databases-MySQL/Oracle. MongoDB etc. • Unit Testing – JUnit • Exposure to Linux/Unix dev environments • Leadership skills to lead a technical team of 8+ members • Experience with any AI integration (ex – Co-pilot/Claude) • Knowledge of Agile methodology • Knowledge of Swagger, Postman etc
