1. Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) to manage and oversee
costing, cost control, management accounting, budgeting, inventory valuation, MIS, financial
analysis, and related statutory requirements for our manufacturing unit in Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing
organization, preferably with experience in a company having an annual turnover of 300 Crore or
above.

The candidate will work closely with the Finance, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain,
Commercial,



and Operations teams to provide accurate cost information and support management in
improving profitability and operational efficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Product Costing & Cost Analysis

Prepare and maintain detailed product-wise and process-wise costing.

Analyse material, labour, overhead, conversion, and other manufacturing costs.

Review standard cost vs. actual cost and identify significant variances.

Monitor BOM, routing, consumption norms, and production-related costing.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Support pricing decisions through accurate cost analysis.

B. Manufacturing Cost Control

Monitor manufacturing costs and identify areas of cost leakage.

Analyse production efficiency, yield, rejection, scrap, rework, and wastage.

Work closely with Production and Operations teams to improve cost efficiency.

Conduct periodic cost reviews and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and monitor cost-saving initiatives.
