Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer I to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale applications and services. This individual will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software solutions, solving complex technical challenges, mentoring team members, and driving engineering excellence.
The ideal candidate combines solid software development expertise with modern cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted engineering techniques. They are expected to independently deliver complex solutions, improve team productivity, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology platform.
This role requires a hands-on engineer who can balance technical execution, solution design, operational support, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and secure code following industry best practices.
- Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deliver features independently with minimal supervision.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Technical Design & Architecture
- Create technical designs and implementation approaches for new features.

Problem Solving & System Ownership

Cloud & DevOps

AI-Assisted Engineering & Copilot Adoption
- Leverage AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and software quality.
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, unit test generation, technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge discovery.
- Apply effective prompt engineering techniques to obtain accurate and useful technical outputs.
- Evaluate AI-generated code and recommendations using sound engineering judgment.
- Ensure responsible AI usage while adhering to organizational security, privacy, compliance, and intellectual property standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through AI-enabled workflows and automation.
- Share AI best practices and mentor team members on responsible and effective AI adoption.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to business solutions.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology,
or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Demonstrated success in independently delivering complex technical solutions.
Technical Skills
Required
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience developing REST APIs and service-oriented solutions.
- Strong SQL and relational database design experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
