Role - Technical Lead Full Stack Development

Job Description:-

We are looking for a senior hands-on technical professional with strong full-stack development experience who can lead a team, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, make technical decisions, and drive development activities while continuing to contribute actively to coding and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on development of scalable mobile, web, and backend applications using Flutter/Dart, Python/FastAPI, React.js or Angular, and MySQL.
- Develop scalable Flutter/Dart mobile applications, responsive web applications using React.js/Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and backend services using Python/FastAPI and REST APIs.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, including data modeling, complex queries, indexing, transactions, performance optimization, and security.
- Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) into applications and intelligent workflows.
- Integrate AI agents/models with tools, APIs, databases, and external services.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and drive engineering best practices.
- Make technical and architecture decisions and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance solutions.




- Drive Git, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployment.
- Work with AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, and OpenSearch; cloud deployment and integration experience is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications-:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of skilled full-stack development experience, with 2–3+ years of experience leading or mentoring developers.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, Python, FastAPI, React.js/Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and MySQL.
- Solid experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, AI Agents, and MCP.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, scalability, performance optimization, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading and mentoring a development team while remaining actively involved in coding, architecture, technical decisions, and delivery.
