Role & responsibilities

Design Development

- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layout designs, and design presentations.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during project implementation.

Technical Documentation

- Prepare detailed drawings including:

Layout Plans

Furniture Layouts

Ceiling Plans

Electrical Drawings

Joinery Details

Elevations & Sections

Good for Construction (GFC) Drawings

- Review and validate drawings before project execution.

Client Management

- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Address design-related queries and provide timely resolutions.

Material & Vendor Coordination

- Assist in material selection and specification.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding design requirements and technical details.
- Ensure materials align with project design and budget requirements.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure design quality and accuracy in all project deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Follow company design standards and processes.
