We are looking for a Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to manage student placements, build strong relationships with IT companies and recruiters, generate job opportunities, and drive successful placement outcomes.
Eligibility
* 2 to 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Recruitment, EdTech or IT Training
* Strong network with IT companies, HRs and recruiters
* Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
* Good knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring processes
* Target-oriented and result-focused
Key Responsibilities
* Generate current job and internship opportunities.
* Build and maintain corporate & recruiter relationships.
* Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
* Prepare students for interviews and placements.
* Manage placement pipeline and achieve placement targets.
