Position Name: Veeva vault Analyst : RIM / Safety / Quality - Multiple roles

Role Summary: Support and maintain business-critical Veeva Vault RIM / Quality / safety based applications, ensuring system stability, regulatory compliance, data integrity and audit readiness while partnering with global business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault RIM / quality /safety and related Veeva applications.
- Ensure application availability, incident resolution, and SLA compliance.
- Understand and support Regulatory Affairs business processes and integrations.
- Maintain regulatory data quality, integrity, and governance controls.
- Support audits, inspections, CSV activities, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Veeva Managed Services.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.




- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, and IT functions.

- 3+ years of Veeva Vault support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM / Quality/ Safety
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
- Knowledge of GxP, CSV, audit, and inspection readiness.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
