Role Overview

The Site Engineer (Civil) will support the client-side supervision and execution of civil works for ongoing construction projects at DB Malls Pvt. Ltd. The role demands hands-on experience in commercial high-rise, mall, hotel, or hospital construction, with strong technical understanding of civil execution activities, ability to interpret drawings, and coordination capability to ensure timely and quality-driven project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and execute civil work such as shuttering, casting, plastering, masonry, and layout checking.
- Ensure all civil activities are carried out as per approved drawings, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Conduct quantity marking and verify site measurements.
- Validate work executed by contractors and monitor daily progress.

Technical Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Review AutoCAD drawings for layout understanding, extracting measurements, and ensuring civil works are executed as per specifications.




- Track and monitor civil works progress against project timelines.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare essential project documents including:

- DLR (Daily Labour Report)

- DPR (Daily Progress Report)

- MPR (Monthly Progress Report)

- Material Test Reports

- RA Bills / Measurement Books

- Maintain accurate and updated documentation for all site activities.

Coordination & Support

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, supervising, and driving execution of project tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify site issues, deviations, or risks and support corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience, including significant exposure working from the Client Side.
- Should have executed civil works in commercial high-rise buildings, mall/plaza projects, hospitals, or hotel construction.

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Functional expertise in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation, measurement extraction, and quantity verification.
- Solid grasp of civil work execution such as shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.

Education

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
