- We're looking for an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 Years
Work Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) with implementation partners and direct clients.
Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners.
Negotiate rates and coordinate the complete placement process.
Utilize job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other US staffing platforms.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales
Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen hiring
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with vendors and implementation partners
