Role Overview

We are looking for an International Digital Sales Manager to generate qualified leads from international markets and convert them into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident in B2B sales, digital lead generation, cold outreach, client communication, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, online platforms, databases, and other digital channels.
- Identify potential clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Middle East.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online meetings.




- Understand client requirements and present FURNiGENCE services and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain a CRM and keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions.
- Develop long-term relationships with international clients.
- Meet monthly lead-generation, conversion, and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / international sales / digital sales.
- Experience selling services to international clients is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM, and digital prospecting.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to work with international time zones.
- Experience in interior, furniture, woodworking, construction, CAD/CAM, engineering, or manufacturing is an advantage.

Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to salary.
