ABSBLU Craftspace is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business development and sales for our commercial and retail interior projects.
We are looking for someone who understands the interiors industry, knows how to identify and convert business opportunities, and can build strong relationships with clients, architects, developers, brands and decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities for commercial and retail interior projects.
- Identify and develop leads through networking, references, market research and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, retailers, brands, architects, consultants and developers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to develop suitable proposals.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
- Drive the complete sales cycle - lead generation meetings proposal negotiation closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitors and upcoming commercial/retail projects in Hyderabad.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of closed projects to the execution team.
What Were Looking For
- 3-6 years of proven sales/business development experience in commercial or retail interiors is mandatory.
- Experience in residential interiors will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the interiors, fit-out or construction industry.
- Existing network among corporates, retailers, architects, consultants, developers or contractors will be a robust advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Fluency in Telugu is preferred/required.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad are strongly preferred.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with client-facing sales.
