Position - AGM Procurement

Experience - 15 to 25 Years

Qualification - BE/ Diploma (Civil, Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities -

- EPC/ Real Estate experience.
- Experience in Residential, commercial, Highrise building, malls, hotels project, hospital project, township.
- Subcontracting experience, Civil, MEP, Finishing - Finalisation, Negotiations, Approvals.
- Sourcing the most competitive priced materials & sub-contractor and reviewing tenders and bids- support to tender department to get minimum price to get projects.
- Projecting stock levels & monitoring delivery times to ensure availability as per requirement.
- Controlling the purchasing budget & managing commodity cost initiatives.
- Developing sourcing strategies & Helping to source alternative items.
- Preparing high quality tender documentation related to procurement.
- Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.
- Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
