About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

- Control food costs, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Manage restaurant sales, achieve business targets, and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient operations.
- Prepare and monitor daily operational and sales reports.
- Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation and guest experience.

Candidate Requirements:-





- Experience: 37 years in Restaurant Management / QSR / Food & Beverage operations.
- Graduate preferred; Hotel Management / IHM qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage shifts.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates from reputed QSR, restaurant, food chain, or hospitality brands preferred.
