Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Python Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python programming for web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge:

1.Strong understanding of Python programming concepts, OOPs, and data structures.
2.Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.3. Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
3.Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
4.Familiarity with ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
5.Working knowledge of Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
6.Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
7.Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
8.Understanding of unit testing and debugging techniques.
9. Good to have Jinja template and ERP experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Mandatory:
1.Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
2.Use Spring Boot for Java development and Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, based on project requirements.
3.Understand business requirements, project scope, functional specifications, and technical requirements to deliver effective software solutions.
4.Write clean, reusable, secure, efficient,



and maintainable code by following established coding standards and best practices.
5.Apply appropriate Data Structures and Algorithms to solve programming problems and improve application efficiency.
6.Work with relational databases and SQL to design data models, write and optimize queries, validate data, and troubleshoot database issues.
7.Integrate applications with third-party APIs, external services, databases, and internal enterprise systems.
8.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, API, integration, database, and production-related issues.
9.Participate in code reviews, implement technical feedback, and follow secure coding, testing, and documentation practices.
10.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, database teams, business analysts, application-support teams, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
11.Manage source code and development changes using Git and other version-control tools.
12.Support application enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimization, production releases, and deployment activities.
13.Contribute to Agile and Scrum processes, provide regular progress updates, deliver quality work within agreed timelines, and continuously learn relevant technologies and tools.

Good to Have:
1.Possess basic knowledge of DevSecOps practices or demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn them.
2.Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and release validation to ensure software quality.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Python including experience in Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, REST API development, database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL), debugging, and application deployment. Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend applications.
