- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
- A graduate degree is required.
