Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executives/Managers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business leads through various channels.

- Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.

- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Prepare and share proposals and quotations as required.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.





- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives. Additional earnings will depend on individual performance and achievement of business targets.
